Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your Clubbage order. Because Clubbage shirts are printed to order, each shirt is made specifically after purchase. Please review your size, color, style, fabric option, design, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because production begins quickly, order changes or cancellations can only be requested within 2 hours of purchase.
After that window, we may not be able to change the size, color, style, fabric option, design, shipping address, or cancel the order.
To request a change or cancellation, email us as soon as possible at shop@clubbage.com with your order number.
30-Day Issue Window
You have 30 days after delivery to report an issue with your order.
Covered issues include:
- Defective item
- Damaged item
- Misprinted item
- Wrong item received
- Another error caused by Clubbage or our fulfillment process
If your item arrives defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us at shop@clubbage.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
If the issue is approved, we will work with you on a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
Printed-to-Order / Final Sale Policy
Because Clubbage shirts are printed to order, we do not accept standard returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Changed mind
- Incorrect size selected
- Incorrect color selected
- Incorrect style selected
- Incorrect fabric option selected
- Incorrect design selected
- Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
- Fabric preference or material preference when the correct item was delivered
- Items no longer wanted after delivery
If we are able to correct the order before production begins, we will do our best to help. Once production has started, the order may no longer be changeable or cancelable.
Size, Fit & Fabric Preference Issues
Please check the size chart and fabric option before ordering.
For sizing, fit, or fabric preference issues, we do not offer standard returns or direct exchanges because the shirt was printed specifically for the order.
However, we still want to be reasonable. At our discretion, we may offer a one-time no-return replacement discount so you can order the preferred size, fabric, color, or style while keeping or gifting the original shirt.
This courtesy option is voluntary, offered at Clubbage’s discretion, and cannot be combined with other discounts.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
If the issue is due to a defect, damage, misprint, wrong item, or another error on our part, we will work with you on a replacement or refund.
If the issue is due to customer-selected size, fit, color, style, fabric preference, or design preference, we may offer a no-return replacement discount as a courtesy, but a standard exchange is not guaranteed.
Return Shipping
If a return is required because of a defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect item caused by our error, Clubbage will provide return instructions and cover return shipping if we need the item sent back.
For any courtesy return approved outside of an error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Please do not send items back to our printer, supplier, or fulfillment partner. Items sent back without first contacting Clubbage and receiving return instructions will not be accepted.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the issue was due to a defective item, damaged item, wrong item, misprint, or another error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect due to our error:
- Gift cards
- Custom, personalized, team, outing, group, bulk, or made-to-order group products
- Printed-to-order shirts when the customer selected the wrong size, color, style, fabric option, design, or shipping address
- Items that are worn, used, washed, damaged by the customer, or missing required packaging or tags
- Items no longer wanted after delivery
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
