Shipping policy
1. Fulfillment & Processing Time
All Clubbage shirts are printed to order.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. During peak holiday seasons, production may take slightly longer.
Because each shirt is printed after the order is placed, please check your size, color, style, and shipping information carefully before completing your order.
2. Shipping Carriers & Delivery Speed
We primarily use Amazon Ground and USPS for deliveries.
Most packages arrive within 3–5 business days after they have been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other delays outside our control.
Note: Unlike traditional mail, many of our shipments may deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.
4. Shipping Rates
Domestic (USA): $4.99
Extra charges may apply for Hawaii, Alaska, or other locations if shown at checkout.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because we begin the printing process quickly, we can only accept order changes or cancellations within 2 hours of purchase.
After that window, we may not be able to change the size, color, style, shipping address, or cancel the order.
6. Returns, Size Issues & Exchanges

Clubbage shirts are printed to order. Because each shirt is made specifically after purchase, we do not accept standard returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, changed mind, incorrect size selected, incorrect color selected, incorrect style selected, incorrect design selected, incorrect fabric preference, or incorrect shipping address entered at checkout, unless we are able to correct the order before production begins.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect due to our error, contact us at shop@clubbage.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. If approved, we will work with you on a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
We do not process direct exchanges. For customer-selected size, fit, color, style, or fabric preference issues, we may offer a one-time no-return replacement discount as a courtesy so you can order the preferred version while keeping or gifting the original shirt.
Clubbage covers return shipping only when a return is required because of a defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect item caused by our error. For any courtesy return approved outside of our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.
